Careers

Do you have what it takes to join Intelligent Voice,
the pioneers of modern speech technology?

If you are passionate about voice, technology and love working in a challenging environment alongside a fabulous team then this may be the company for you.

Current open positions

Intelligent Voice London, England Metropolitan Area

We at Intelligent Voice are seeing a strong increase in demand for our products, and we need someone with some pretty unique skills to come on board and help us manage helping our clients.

This is not your typical project management role: We’ve tried “Project Managers” in the past, and somehow the skills they bring have not really matched our culture. We want people who can deliver, in a structured way, while still maintaining flexibility and the ability to get on with the very busy people they work with.

You have to be really technical: You don’t have to be a coder (although an understanding of programming probably puts you in good stead), but you need to understand how complex computer systems work. Knowing that APIs exist is not enough: You need to know what an API does and how it might benefit your client.

We need a leader, not a follower: Someone who is pro-active, who has a real thirst to learn new things and to stay busy.

You need to be creative: Our clients and partners have interesting problems they want to solve, and our job is all about how to guide them to those solutions. You will need to know a lot about our capabilities and strengths so you can advise on what those solutions look like, and how to deliver them.

People skills are a must. Our team are always working very, very hard, and don’t need someone ordering them about: They need to be seen as partners, not resources on a project plan.

Personality fit and mindset are very important to us and we are seeking candidates who roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and really go the extra mile to help motivate themselves and their colleagues to get projects over the line.

And most of all, you need to be a value-add. Your role is to take work away from people, not create more of it. You will be talking to our customers, and trying to deal with their questions and queries yourself, helping out with pre-sales as well as ongoing project delivery.
